Course overview

This qualification provides students with the skills and knowledge to safely perform foundation digital literacy tasks, using a personal computer and a range of software applications and digital devices.

As this is an introductory-level course, no previous computer knowledge is expected.

This program provides the underpinning knowledge for entry-level information technology skills and enables graduates to enter the workplace where basic computer literacy is a requirement.
