Course overview

If you would like to work in the meat retailing sector, this is the course for you. You will learn about health, safety, hygiene, quality and productivity.

You will also develop an understanding of the operations and principles required in the workplace, and gain a range of competencies essential to the industry.

Additionally, you will gain skills relating to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and quality assurance – skills that apply across all sectors of the food industry.
