Master of Laws - SLAW01 - 2018

Teaching and research at the CDU School of Law are focused on the transnational and comparative aspects of law. The unit offerings in the Master of Laws (LLM) program share that focus.

Transnational and comparative law issues are at the forefront of legal research around the world, but in the Asia-Pacific region especially, governments, business, and academics are turning their attention with increasing urgency and intensity to the anticipated impacts of the many economic and political cooperation and harmonisation initiatives (WTO, ASEAN, etc.) that are beginning to significantly change political, economic, and social structures across the region. The effects will be felt across almost all legal disciplines and sectors, from trade and competition law to criminal and family law.

The CDU LLM program is an opportunity to become a leader in these emerging and vital fields.
